Ages ago, we had a dream to serve coffee by the beach out of our handmade surfboard table and hand crank ROK espresso machine. We’ve been to coffee city after coffee city (NYC, Portland, Seattle, Milan, Paris, Wellington), trained with master roasters and graduated barista training. We bought a roaster and dove head first into the world of coffee.
We chased summer for three years and settled down for a bit in Christchurch, NZ. Here, we happily make cold brew coffee to compliment those random HOT Canterbury summer days.
